Evaluations will be held for any 9 10, 11 or 12 year old girls and boys who want to play on a 2010-2011 Eagles basketball team. The Eagles scheduling and coaching staffs use this time to determine if each age group will have a full allotment of players for the upcoming season. Additionally, evaluations provide an opportunity for players interested in joining the Eagles to introduce themselves to the organization and their prospective coaches.

The LCA yearbook will have a website available to download pictures onto. These pictures will then be used for the yearbook or other LCA related things.
As soon as I know the details of the website: address and logo info I will pass that on, to anyone who would like to use it. It will be very helpful for parents and students to help us with candids of extra carricular activities (sports games, Highschool and Jr. High activities and any party pictures you might take).

Thanks to those who dropped of items Tues night for me to copy! I love getting a head start! Originally, my intent was to be up at Evergreen at 9:00 on Thurs, Sept 2nd to get started .. however, I inadvertently forgot about my son's ortho appointment which will be 2 hours - getting full braces! So... I will be making copies on Thursday, September 2nd.. HOWEVER, I will not start until 1:00 p.m. If you need to drop off materials to be printed, the LCA office will be open Wed night and the church is open Thurs at 9:00 - just don't bother the office people!

A family member of Angie Smith by the name of Lisa King is in the hospital with stage four pancreatic cancer and is not expected to live long. She is in her early thirties and has two small children. Please pray for this woman and her family!
